With 30 years in the home improvement business, Susanne Meyer has the experience and professionalism to take on any size project.  Susanne started her career in design with her own business in Rockford, IL.  14 years of her vast experience were with a big box chain, and 15 were dealing with kitchen and bath.  In 1999 Susanne and her family moved to Ironwood, and started working with Forslund's in their Design Center.

Susanne has design experience working with kitchen, bath, office, den, bedroom, family room, churches, and media centers.

When you call Susanne for an appointment she will walk you through a well defined, professional process which will ensure your home improvement project is a success.

Project Process:

• Call, come in, or email Susanne
• Schedule and meet with Susanne to discuss design possibilities, priorities, concept, budget and expectations
• She will create a preliminary design on 20/20 professional design software using all of the information discussed at the meeting
• 2nd customer meeting takes place to view design plans, discuss changes, choose fashion and functional options, budget concerns
• Susanne searches vendors for project materials
• Prices are obtained and a follow-up customer meeting is scheduled
• Final approval
• She will work with your contractor to assist in coordinating the project
• Most projects can be completed in 2-4 weeks if all goes according to schedule

Susanne's experience doesn't stop at designing your kitchen or bath. She will consult for decor and design choices in new home concepts to help develop your dream home.

    

 

Fee Structure

• $250 for design of floor plans if you do not purchase products from Forslund's
• This $250 fee will be refunded if you purchase cabinets, doors, windows, etc.. from Susanne.

Susanne uses Freedom Rail and other closet organizer products to custom design closets and storage.
